Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Credit In Motion.
By accessing this website or enrolling in any credit repair or consulting services provided by Credit In Motion, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please review them carefully before proceeding.
1. Overview of Services
Credit In Motion provides professional credit repair and credit education services designed to assist clients with identifying, disputing, and correcting inaccurate, unverifiable, or obsolete information on their consumer credit reports.
Credit In Motion is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, debt settlement, or debt negotiation services.
2. Service Timeline & Processing
After all required documents and active credit monitoring access are received, please allow up to five (5) business days for your file to be prepared and disputes to be drafted and sent to all three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion).
Processing time begins only after all required documentation is submitted in full. Payment alone does not constitute file processing or dispute submission.
Once disputes are received by the credit bureaus, the official investigation period begins in accordance with Federal Consumer Laws.
3. Rounds of Disputes
A “round” refers to one monthly cycle of dispute preparation and submission.
- The Basic Package includes three (3) rounds, typically completed over three (3) months
- Additional rounds may be required depending on the complexity of the credit profile and bureau responses
- Clients may add additional rounds or services at any time
Credit repair requires patience, consistency, and teamwork.
4. Client Responsibilities
By enrolling in services, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal and financial information
- Maintain active credit monitoring as required for service delivery
- Upload requested documents promptly
- Respond to communication in a timely manner
- Avoid taking unauthorized actions on disputed accounts during active rounds
Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay processing, impact results, or result in service termination.
5. Payments & No Refund Policy
All fees are disclosed at the time of enrollment and are due as agreed.
Three (3) Business-Day Right to Cancel
In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), clients have the right to cancel this agreement without penalty or obligation before midnight of the third (3rd) business day after signing the contract.
If a client exercises this right within the required three (3) business-day cancellation period, any payments made under this agreement will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
No Refund Policy After the Cancellation Period
After the three (3) business-day cancellation period has expired, all payments are final and non-refundable.
No refunds or credits will be issued for:
- Client dissatisfaction with results
- Early termination of services after the cancellation period
- Delays caused by the client’s failure to submit required documentation or maintain active credit monitoring
- Failure to follow program requirements or client responsibilities
- Credit bureau or creditor investigation outcomes
- Desired results not being achieved
Clients who discontinue services after the three (3) business-day cancellation period remain responsible for any outstanding balances owed under their agreement, if applicable.
