MEET THE FOUNDER

I’m Marquessa, a Mom of three handsome Young Kings and the founder and Owner of Credit In Motion.

I started my credit journey on January 1, 2023, after realizing how many people were struggling with credit but were never actually taught how it works. I wanted to understand credit for myself, for my children, and for the people around me who were trying to create better opportunities for their families.

What started as me learning quickly became something much bigger.

Most clients come to me with a problem. They’re dealing with collections, charge-offs, late payments, denials, or simply feeling overwhelmed and not knowing where to start. My role is to help identify the problem, create a strategy, and provide a solution while educating them throughout the process.

Since starting this journey, I’ve helped legally remove over $1 million in inaccurate debt from client credit profiles. But the numbers are only one part of the story. I’ve also had the opportunity to watch clients move into new homes, purchase new vehicles, improve their credit profiles, and finally feel like they have options again.

As a Mother, this work means even more to me because I understand wanting better for your family. I believe credit education should be something we understand and pass down, not something we have to learn only after making mistakes.

Credit In Motion is bigger than credit repair for me. It’s about helping people go from feeling stuck and discouraged to having a plan, understanding their credit, and moving forward with confidence... I hope to have you as a part of the Motion Tribe one day!
